Search terms
A name or location entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Cassia County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may keep and use the submission under its own notice.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and contact details are kept long enough to read it, respond, and maintain a reasonable record of the exchange. Those messages are not shared outside the operating organization unless disclosure is needed to comply with law, protect rights, or handle a service issue.
